Christ’s High School, Oleyo Ibadan experienced a rainstorm which damaged some classrooms within the school premises. This incident happened on May 16, 2024, and left the pupils and the school authority at the mercy of the government.
After series of appeal to the government through the representatives, and to no hope on sight, the Alumni Association, under the leadership of Professor Abiodun Ayodele therefore summoned the PPIC ably led by Alhaji Kabir Olajide, Baale of Oleyo to work on the budget and the terms to ensure the immediate commencement of the repair. This, to the glory of God was given full attention and, today, the School and the Pupils could have a breathe of fresh air in the newly renovated facilities damaged by the rainstorm.
Expressing is joy over the completion and delivery of the renovated classrooms, Professor Ayodele thanked the members who, out of their financial commitments contributed their resources in into achieving this. He prayed God will replenish their accounts and bless the needy too.
